Signing up for My Power
During My Power sign up we require users to give their contact information (such as name, zip code, and email address). We use your email address to uniquely identify you to allow you access to your account and to keep track of your wish list. . We use your contact information from the account form to send you a newsletter and to inform you of sales and special offers. Placing an Order with batteries.com
We require you to set up a My Power account if you wish to place an order with batteries.com. On the Order Form we collect contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. We will use your contact information to contact you if we have trouble processing your order, if we have questions regarding your order, or we wish to notify you of the status of your order

During the checkout process you will be given the option to join our mailing list. We may use your mailing address and/or email address to send you a catalog and notices regarding upcoming sales.
